Stellar emerged from Emkan Education’s pioneering role as a Cambridge Associate in Saudi Arabia, positioned to drive growth and forge strategic partnerships with Cambridge International. Established in 2017, our relationship with Cambridge International Education (CIE) began as a visionary collaboration, linking us with the world’s leading provider of international education qualifications, known for its distinguished teaching and research under the University of Cambridge.

Over the years, our role has been foundational in connecting Cambridge standards with schools across Saudi Arabia. As a trusted partner, we have delivered internationally recognized qualifications, managed the high-stakes administration of external exams, and provided transformative professional development services. Our commitment to educational excellence has enabled us to support the growth of Cambridge programmes, equipping over 8,000 students with robust qualifications and empowering more than 5,600 Cambridge school leaders and teachers through specialized training.

Today, Stellar is the largest provider of Cambridge Professional Development Qualifications (PDQs) in the MENA region, having certified over 620 leaders and educators. Our partnership is built on a commitment to quality, care and support of our clients, and a future-focused approach to education in Saudi Arabia.
