The Stellar × Hayy Jameel Youth Ambassador Program is designed for young leaders passionate about arts, culture, and creative learning. This initiative provides an opportunity to represent both organizations while developing leadership skills and gaining exposure to Saudi Arabia's vibrant arts ecosystem.

We're seeking one exceptional ambassador for each creative discipline.
Which one represents your passion?
Explore creative practice through visual thinking, design, and artistic expression. From concepting to showcasing work, you’ll build confidence and craft.
Get hands-on experience supporting cultural programs and events. Learn the essentials of planning, hospitality, coordination, and making experiences run smoothly.
Tell stories that travel. Learn content planning, photography/videography basics, captions, and digital storytelling to highlight Stellar × Hayy Jameel experiences.

Application Process
Step 1
Gather your best creative work:
Visual Artists: 5-10 images of artwork
Photographers: 10-15 photos
Videographers: 1-2 projects (max 5 min)
Musicians: 1-2 recordings
Requirements:
JPG, PNG, MP4, MP3 (max 50MB per file)

Late submissions will not be accepted. You'll receive email confirmation within 48 hours of submission.
Step 4
Shortlisted candidates will be contacted by mid-February for interviews. Final ambassadors announced by late February/early March.

One full academic year (May 2026 – April 2027). Exceptional ambassadors may be invited to renew for subsequent years based on their performance and impact.
No! The program is open to all students aged 15-18 residing in Saudi Arabia, regardless of school affiliation. We welcome applications from international, private, and public schools.
Yes, but you must choose ONE primary discipline for your application. Select the area where you feel strongest and most passionate about representing.
Minimum 3 major events/programs per year, plus monthly content creation and social media activity. Average commitment: 4-6 hours per month. We provide a detailed calendar to help you plan around your academic schedule.
Absolutely not! The program is completely free. You'll receive benefits in career services, training, and exclusive access that are invaluable for your personal and professional development.
We encourage you to apply again next year! The program runs annually, with new applications opening each December. Use the feedback to strengthen your portfolio and reapply.
Yes! This is a prestigious leadership experience that significantly strengthens university applications. You'll receive official certificates, recommendation letters, and documented evidence of community service and leadership.
No. We value creativity over equipment. Use what you have – smartphone cameras are perfectly acceptable for photography and videography portfolios. What matters most is your artistic vision and storytelling ability.
